Atlantic City, NJ. I was honored to finally have met Brigadier General Patrick H. Brady, USA (ret.), a Medal of Honor recipient from the Vietnam War.
I had nominated him to receive the Ancient Order of Hibernians’ prestigious JFK Medal, awarded to a Catholic of Irish descent outstanding in their field of endeavor. My St. Brendan AOH Division approved the nomination and it subsequently went through the Summit Co. Board and State of Ohio Board. From there it was voted on by Divisions and Boards through the nation.
